Condolence Message on Occasion of Death of Comrade Zia
Chairman of the Communist (Maoist) party of Afghanistan
The Regional Committee No. 2 held its official meeting with a three-minute silence to commemorate the memory of Comrade Zia, chairman of the Communist (Maoist) Party of Afghanistan. Then the eulogy of the Central Committee of the Communist (Maoist) Party of Afghanistan was read out and it was decided that all members and supporters of the party to hold commemoration ceremonies in celebrating memories of the Comrade Zia.
Hereby, the regional committee number two, representing all members, supporters and mass organizations under party’s leadership in the region, , sincerely offer their condolences with great sorrow and grief comrade Zia’s death to members of the Central Committee, members of the Politburo, all members and supporters of the Communist (Maoist) Party Afghanistan, all Maoists of Afghanistan, the Maoist parties of other countries and the revolutionaries of the world. In particular, we pay our deepest condolences to family members of Comrade Zia and we share our deep grief with them.
The news of comrade Zia’s death, chairman of the C(M)PA, was really shocking for us and other Maoists in Afghanistan and the world. We live in a very difficult circumstances in Afghanistan. In a situation when wave of capitulationism is becoming the dominant and even the Taliban have renounced their reactionary war of resistance against the American occupiers and their allies and have capitulated. Today, the war that is being waged between the Taliban and the puppet regime, is to gain more concessions at the negotiating table, and moreover, , it is an intelligence war between the imperialist occupiers under the leadership of imperialist occupiers of the United States and the regional countries. In a such situation, the death of Comrade Zia, chairman of the C(M)PA, is very heavy and immeasurable and a immense loss for all members of the C(M)PA, the oppressed peoples of the country and all Maoists of the world and the revolutionary peoples of the region. When we learned about this catastrophic event, we felt like we had lost an important part of our own body.
Comrade Zia, in his revolutionary struggle, used Marxism-Leninism-Maoism as a guide to thought and action. He emphasized in applying the general truths of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism to the particular conditions of the proletarian revolutionary struggles in Afghanistan.
Comrade Zia, Chairman of the C(M)PA, has made valuable contribution by drawing up the ideological-political and organizational line of the Communist (Maoist) Party of Afghanistan. He was a capable writer and a wise leader. We hope that the comrades of the Central Committee of the Communist (Maoists) Party of Afghanistan will soon publish the biography and collection of articles of Comrade Zia, chairman of the C (M) PA, and make them available to all Maoists in Afghanistan and the world.
Comrade Zia, chairman of the C(M)PA, by applying Maoism accurately, truly could draw the line between revolution and counter-revolution, between Marxism-Leninism-Maoism and revisionism, and continue and lead his struggles against them at the national and international levels. At the national level, by applying the scientific method of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism and differentiating of contradictions, not only he fought against the imperialist occupiers and the puppet regime, but also against the ISIS occupiers, against capitulationism, economism and reformism in the Afghanistan left movement. And the same way, at the international level, he rightly could stand to fight against the Revisionism of the post-Marxism-Leninism-Maoism of the Revolutionary Communist Party led by Avakian and the revisionism of the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist), and he continue to this struggle with persistence. He was able to identify the Gonzalo's thought as a deviation in the revolutionary internationalist movement, and continued his struggles against it, and led the party in this direction. As a wise and capable leader, he could truly lead the C(M)PA in the path of struggle against any ideological-political deviations and all kinds of revisionism, capitulationism, and he taught comrades to stand firmly and steadfastly in upholding Marxism-Leninism-Maoism.

We cannot we cannot say that saying good things about the works and words of Comrade Zia, chairman of C(M)PA is yet over. He was a tireless fighter and did not hesitate for a moment to struggle and overcome the ideological-political problems that the C(M)PA and the international movement were facing.
Comrade Zia, chairman of the C(M)PA, persistently defended the achievements of the international proletariat. Thefore, we honor the memory of that great revolutionary man and the capable and wise leader of our times.
Comrades, we do not have time to mourn, we must turn our grief and sorrow that has been caused by the death of Comrade Zia into a revolutionary force and keepalive the memory of this great Maoist.
At the end of the meeting, the comrades again renewed their commitment to the revolutionary red line that was founded by Comrade Zia and pledged to continue and earnestly strive to fill the vacancy left by Comrade Zia, on the path for realization of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism; they emphasized that to more determinedly advance this line and the path of the revolution.
Comrade Zia is no longer with us, but he is eternal and immortal.

Forward on the path of creating a revolutionary internationalist movement!
Comrade Zia will remain in the memory of all of us as an eternal comrade, tireless, immortal and committed to the line of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism.
