رفقای عزیز!
"هسته مارش بسوی کمونیزم" بلافاصله پس از دریافت خبر اندوهناک درگذشت رفیق حفیظ مراتب تسلیت خود را از ته دل به تمامی اعضا و هواداران حزب کمونیست (مائوئیست) افغانستان تقدیم می نماید. رفیق حفیظ زندگی خود را در راه خدمت به طبقه کارگر و مردم افغانستان وقف نمود و مثالی بود از یک انترناسیونالیست پرولتری استوار. نمونه الهامبخش رفیق حفیظ منبع الهامی خواهد بود برای مارکسیست – لنینیست – مائوئیست ها در داخل و خارج افغانستان و یاد او ماندگار خواهد ماند.

Dear comrades,
Upon receiving the sad news of the death of Comrade Hafiz, Gran Marcha Hacia el Comunismo wants to express its heart-felt condolences to all the members and supporters of the Communist (Maoist) Party of Afghanistan.
Comrade Hafiz made his life a life at the service of the working class and people of Afghanistan and was an example of a consistent proletarian internationalist. The inspiring example of Comrade Hafiz will be a source of inspiration to all the Marxist-Leninist-Maoists from inside and outside Afghanistan and his memory will be indelible.
Honour the memory of Comrade Hafiz!
