پیام تسلیت " مجمع کمونیست ناروی- خدمت به خلق"
صدر موسس و رهبر حزب کمونیست (مائوئیست) افغانستان در سن 68 سالگی، پس از سکتۀ قلبی درگذشت. در اطلاعیه 21 جون حزب اعلام می کند که : " زندگی رفیق ضیاء به راستی در خدمت به انقلاب پرولتاریای جهانی بود " و " رفیق ضیاء، در مبارزات پرولتاریای بین المللی جاودانه خواهد بود! "
" مجمع کمونیست ناروی – خدمت به خلق " در بیانیه‌ای به حزب کمونیست (مائوئیست) افغانستان، مورخ 30 جون، غم و اندوه خود را اعلام نمود.

رفقای عزیز !
به یاد و اندوه درگذشت رفیق ضیاء، " مجمع کمونیست ناروی- خدمت به خلق" به رفقای کمیته مرکزی حزب کمونیست (مائوئیست) افغانستان، به رهبران، رزمندگان، پرولتاریا و توده‌های که تحت رهبری شما می رزمند، درود می فرستد.
صدر موسس حزب شما، طلایه دار پرولتاریای افغانستان و توده‌های محبوب قهرمان آن کشور، از اثر سکتۀ قلبی به سن 68 سالگی درگذشت، ما میدانیم که قلب او همیش برای انقلاب و برای پرولتاریا می‌تپید. ضربان قلب همواره در مبارزات حزب و در مبارزات انقلاب پرولتاریای جهانی خواهد تپید.او زندگی خود را وقف انقلاب، حزب، پرولتاریا ومبارزات توده‌ای، دموکراسی نوین، سوسیالیزم ، و کمونیزم درخشان نمود. زندگی و کار وی باعث تغییر در و روابط همیشگی این جهان گردید. رفیق ضیاء، جاودانه است!
کمونیست‌ها و انقلابیون ناروی درودهای صمیمانه شان را به خلق زحمتکش افغانستان می‌فرستند. دولت کهنۀ امپریالیستی ناروی، برای چندین دهه، در اشغال ومداخله یانکی‌ها در افغانستان اشتراک نموده اند. ما امپریالیست‌ها را تقبیح می‌کنیم و به مقاومت درود می‌فرستیم.
در شرایط اشغال، مبارزین قهرمان خلق افغانستان علیه امپریالیزم قیام کرده اند. ما نیک میدانیم که این مقدمه جنگ با شکوه خلق در افغانستان است، جنگ توده‌های که تحت رهبری حزب کمونیست، تحت درفش مائوئیزم، انجام می‌شود. ما میدانیم که رفیق ضیاء در صفوف جاودان جانباختگان جنبش بین‌المللی کمونیستی رژه خواهد رفت.
زنده باد مارکسیزم – لنینیزم – مائوئیزم – عمدتا مائوئیزم
به پیش در راه جنگ خلق !

The founding chairman and leader of the Communist (Maoist) Party of Afghanistan has passed away at 68 years old, after a heart attack. In a eulogy dated 21st of June, the party declares that “Comrade Zia’s life was truly in the service of revolution and the international proletariat” and that “Comrade Zia will be immortalized in the struggles of the international proletariat!”.
The Communist League of Norway, Serve the People, has declared their grief in a statement to the Communist (Maoist) Party of Afghanistan, dated 30th of June:

Dear comrades,
In memory and grief over the death of Comrade Zia, Serve the People – Communist League of Norway greets the Central Committee of the Communist (Maoist) Party of Afghanistan, the leaders, cadres and militants, the proletarians and masses that struggle under its leadership.
Comrade Zia, as founding chairman of your Party, the vanguard of the proletariat of Afghanistan and the heroic popular masses of this country, died from a heart attack at the age of 68. We know his heart was always beating for the revolution and for the proletariat. His heartbeats will forever pulsate in the struggle for the Party and for the World Proletarian Revolution. He gave his life to the revolution, to the party, to the proletarian and popular struggle, for new democracy, socialism and shining communism. His life and work changed the web of matter and relations in this world forever. Comrade Zia is immortal.
The communists and revolutionaries of Norway send our profane greetings to the toiling masses of Afghanistan. The imperialist old state of Norway has for decades participated in the yankee occupation and intervention in Afghanistan. We condemn the imperialists, and we salute the resistance!
In the face of occupation, heroic fighters of the peoples of Afghanistan have risen against imperialism. We know this to be the preludium to the Glorious People’s War in Afghanistan, the war of the masses that will be waged under the direction of the Communist Party, under the banner of Maoism. In this People’s War, we know Comrade Zia will be marching in the eternal columns of the martyrs of the International Communist Movement.
Long live Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, principally Maoism!
Forward on the path of People’s War!
Eternal honour and glory to Comrade Zia!
